	ALLIANCE offers engagement terms that are tailored to suit specific client needs and matched with the requirements for the services to be provided. Example arrangements can include work performed:
	On a time and materials basis In phases, to a level-of-effort upset limit At a fixed price (if the work requirements can be well specified with little ambiguity)
	Our staff of experienced, senior, professionals serve predominantly the automotive, fuels, energy and environmental technology industries, vehicle fleets, the legal profession, and various government agencies in the U.S. and internationally.
